Some of the best from the Margaret River Wine Region..
All wines by brad use screw cap seals because we care about the quality of your wine. Studies by the Australian Wine Research Institute, and research undertaken by wine writers such as Tyson Stelzer, have clearly found that the most safe and effective seal currently available is the screw cap.

2009 wine by brad semillon sauvignon blanc
The ultimate white blend. You know you want it. You know you love it.
In anyone's language Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a mouthful. From here on we shall call it Sem Sav.
This one has the usual tropical pineapple and passionfruit elements, wrapped neatly in scrummy citrus flavours, providing the purrrfect summer cleanser. Cool for cats.
The fruit comes out of southern Margaret River vineyards. 2009 was an exceptional vintage for whites and we took full advantage of the tropical, citrus and herbal elements found variously in these varieties throughout the region.
Ralph Kyte-Powell from The Age says it's "a wine with a price tag that makes it a steal". You must try it!
Chill it, crack it, chug it - with summer salads and seafood and spicy fusion.

2008 wine by brad cabernet merlot
Cabernet is the red variety of Margaret River. You'll get some arguments from the shiraz dudes but don't pay any attention.
There's nothing better than rich, dark chocolate and dense blackcurrant with a touch of mint rounded out by some stylish French oak. Add a touch of red-berried Merlot to flesh it out and Cabernet Merlot by brad is hard to beat.
With fruit sourced from vineyards in the south of the Margaret River region we reckon this is pretty smart stuff. Cab Merlot is classy says brad.
This is gonna do great things this year and you should get some. Rick Allen from the Parramatta Advertiser reckons this is "a steal for the price", while the Noosa News says it's "a must for your mum's next lamb roast".
Pizza, pasta, beef, lamb or cheese - go on, treat yourself!

2009 wine by brad rose
Pretty and pink. Inviting aromas of pot-pourri and pear, fragrant redcurrants and raspberry coulis draw you in to the pink charms.
The palate reveals a lush and creamy texture with redberried flavours, eastern spices - cardamom and cinnamon - and a long finish.
Pink is perfect says Becky. Perfect for picnics, parties, or pleasant afternoons on the porch. Check out the vibrant colour. Enjoy the fragrant aromas of cherry, spring blossom and spice.
Winsor Dobbin calls it a "fun little wine". Who are we to argue?
Chill it and sip it - with antipasto, salads and spicy Asian.

Revelation – this is your mantra.
James Halliday likes it:

Everything you need in Margaret River chardonnay is here in it’s abundant glory! Spicy fig and supple melon and stone-fruits, lush kiwifruit, honeydew and peach… and more. A touch of sweet vanillan oak wraps it up.
The palate is fresh and zingy – some nice linear acidity – but revel in the ample fleshiness of tropical fruits, the creamy texture, and the subtly warm, toasty wood.
A challenging day. Close your eyes and imagine. Invoke the rich, ripe fruits of Margaret River chardonnay – melon and fig, peach and nectarine, guava and honeydew. Lift the glass to your lips. And taste.

2008 mantra cabernet sauvignon [abundance]
Deep, dark coffee chocolate, vanillan spice and cassis, blackcurrant and braiary earth. Margaret River cabernet sauvignon - typically gorgeous. French oak rounds out the nose and provides lingering aromas.

Spicy white and black pepper... blackberry, cherry chocolate and earthy tones... plus: perfumed potpourri and scents of chai. The classic aromas of Margaret River shiraz. A little vanillan oak to finish and this becomes a supple and rich beauty.
A textural, firm, yet fine palate showing juicy blackberry flavours with a chocolatey undercurrent. Black pepper and fine white pepper again, more eastern spices, mouthfilling, rich and long.
There are goals to which you aspire - results for your endeavours, the realisation of dreams. But in striving for these, where have the minutes, hours and days gone? How do you feel right now? Savour the moment. The journey is the destination. Enjoy...

2008 mantra sangiovese [salvezza]
Deep cherry and spicy plum are the leading aromas here, then settle back for some toffee/coffee characters and a fine line of wood. Evocative and oh-so seductive it.
The palate is savoury and dense, yet with a light and fresh liveliness. Wild cherry and redcurrant flavours mingle with the earthy, brambly leafiness of true Sangiovese, wrapped up with some silky, vanillan oak.
It's a funny little world. At times rich with pleasure and joy, but on occasion filled with uncertainty and indecision. Sometimes you need a little respite. Perhaps an escape? A salvation of sorts. Free your burdens here...
Salvezza – this is your mantra.
Enjoy with tomato-based pasta, rare meats, antipasto, pizza... anything Italian!

"There is a sense of seriousness with this wine."
